CNC Lathe
Surface machining of the parts mostly takes place in the CNC lathe machine. CNC lathes are widely used technology to increase efficiency and precision in gear manufacturing. These machines can produce even complex gear profiles and play a critical role in the production of geared components in many industries, such as automotive, aerospace and machinery manufacturing.

CNC Milling
Mostly surface processing operations are performed on the CNC milling machine. The appropriate cutting tool is selected according to the material of the part and to create the geometry of the part. The program is used to guide the cutting tool in the milling machine and create the part geometry. 

Honing Bench
Honing is applied in applications that require high precision and accuracy in the inner diameters of parts having cylinder geometry.

Lapping Machine
Lapping is applied to parts after machining to improve surface roughness and ensure high precision and accuracy.
